Small surf with strong winds.
Surf was small today on the North
Shore:
2 to 4 feet, Northwest direction,
stronger East, Northeast winds and
heavy rain on the middle of the
day.
Surf will rise tonight with the
new Northwest swell arriving and
peak on Tuesday with heights just
below advisory levels.
Another Northwest swell is expected
to keep surf heights to around the advisory levels on Sunday.
Tradewinds (East, Northeast winds)
should stick around for the all week.

BIG WAVE EVENT The holding period goes from December 5, 2003 to February 28, 2004. The event will be held on one day when surf measures at least 20 feet (40 foot faces).
