Awesome Hawaii style surf day !!
Surf was as good as it gets on the
North Shore:
4 to 8 feet, West, Northwest direction,
light to moderate winds and
bright sunny skies all day long.
It was sure one of the most beautiful
surf conditions day of the all Winter,
maybe not too big, but just perfect...
Surf forecasters are expecting
this swell to drop to tomorrow, but
the buoy 51001
10 pm reading has increased in swell size and seconds,
so we probably will have another
good day of surfing tomorrow.
This good East winds should stick
around for the all week.
Two new Northwest swells are expected
for this week,
one starting to build on Thursday
night into Friday and
another one on Sunday.

BIG WAVE EVENT The holding period goes from December 5, 2003 to February 28, 2004. The event will be held on one day when surf measures at least 20 feet (40 foot faces).
