Aloha Friday with better surf !!

8 to 10 feet waves today on the North Shore,
Northwest swell direction, better winds and surf conditions.
In the morning, it was bigger and not as clean, by the afternoon
surf started to drop and glassed off a bit.
Surf should drop for the weekend and come back up with
a new near advisory levels Northwest swell on Monday.
Tradewinds (offshore) should be back by then.
Have a good weekend !!

Tow In World Cup 2004, Jaws, Pe'Ahi, Maui
Immediate release:
The 2004 Tow In World Cup will keep a watchful eye on a swell
predicted to hit Hawaiian waters next week Thursday.
It is still too early to predict the likelihood of running the Jaws event, but
this swell appears to have enough power to generate 30 foot waves (60 foot faces).
I will keep you updated as new information on the swell
as it becomes available and on the probability of holding the event.
