Phenomenal epic surf !!
A high surf advisory most likely
will remain in effect for the all weekend
for North and West face shores
of all the hawaiian islands !!
Epic surf and weather today on the
North Shore.
It started in the 6 to 8 feet range
in the morning with light East winds, glassy perfect conditions
and beautiful sunny skies.
Each set would coming in bigger
and by afternoon the waves were reaching 12 feet and still perfect
winds and weather conditions.
The $75,000 Hansen's Energy Pro,
presented by Billabong,
a 4 stars Association of Surfing
Professionals (ASP) World Qualifying Series (WQS) event
at the Banzai Pipeline kicked off
today with surf as good and big as it gets at Pipeline.
Best performance of the day goes
to japanese Pipeline expert Takayuki Wakita
scoring a perfect 10 across the
board in a huge barrel on a banzai wave.
Two more days of contest to go,
it could continuous tomorrow if
the surf doesn't get too big
or Saturday and Sunday once surf
should remain in the high surfing advisory levels
for the all weekend.
