Still messy,
but looking slightly better
!!
Surf was more Northerly today
on the North Shore
with 2 to 4 feet waves, still all
very messy in the morning with
the winds coming straight
from West, Southwest but
late afternoon with the rain the
winds stopped and the surf was looking much better already.
Hopeful it will turn into trades
in the next day or so.
This swell should be just about
over tomorrow with
a new North(NOOOO!!!) swell arriving
Monday and
another bump is expected from a
Northwest(YESSSS!!!) swell on Tuesday.
Surf heights for Monday and Tuesday
swells should reach near advisory levels.
The 14th Annual World Championship
of Women's Bodyboarders
was postponed again today and there
will be no competition tomorrow, Sunday
because
there is a NSAA surfing contest
at Haleiwa and
we can not have two surfing events
at the same time on the North Shore.
So, check back on Monday.
The waiting period for the Pipe
event goes through March 28th.
The lucky 60 best bodyboarders
girls from all over the world
got two full days of contest at
Pipeline.
