Tiny surf on the North Shore !!!

 The weekend was just about as Summer as it gets:
flat surfing, beautiful crystal clear water, pretty sunny days with
light to moderate tradewinds and scattered showers.
Today, there was a small, tiny Northwest swell, 1 to 2 feet
on the North Shore with strong tradewinds and very sunny skies.
It wasn't anything great, but it was fun just to be able to go out and catch some waves.
A storm on the dateline last Friday drifted North as it weakened into Saturday, but
then gained some strength back Sunday with winds aimed at Hawaii.
The result of it for the surf should be little waves just about the same as today,
building mid Thursday, peaking on Friday, and dropping into Saturday.(Caldwell)
In plain simple English, we may be getting another tiny Northwest swell for Memorial Day weekend.
