THE LIQUID DOLL WAHINE CHALLENGE BODYBOARDING CONTEST AT SANDY BEACH
WENT OFF...

First, I would like to much mahalo for Betty Deppolito, Karla Costa, Paul Cooper and Cory Correa
for sponsoring and organizing this event.
It was awesome.
All the girls were very stoke.
The $1,000 price money and 250 points for the world rankings,
made the attendance for this event one of the best international panel I have ever seen.
There was girls from Australia, Brazil, Chile, Japan, Hawaii and New Zealand.
The surf wasn't great, but 1 to 2 feet waves rolled in with nice strong off shore
providing good conditions for the tough competition at Sandy's.
(I strongly apologize to Kira and Neymara for their action photos, I couldn't do any better
being competing in the semis and final with them).
