Surf's coming up !!!

Aloha everyone !!

Surf was pretty flat yesterday(Tuesday) on the North Shore
with overcast skies and rain.
Today, it shaped out to be really nice and sunny to about midday.
The waves were a bit bigger with 2 to 3 feet, coming mostly from North direction,
a bit stormy and disorganized in the morning.
As the day progressed, the conditions got better with the tradewinds straightening up
and surf was fun.
It started to rain heavily again by 3:00 pm,
the wind stop and conditions were "super" glassy, but inconsistent.
Town had some surf as well in the 1 to 3 feet range.
A decent size North, Northwest swell is expected to start to build late tomorrow into the weekend and
another large swell is right behind it for Monday lasting through Wednesday.
Don't forget this weekend is the 27th Menehune Surfing Championship at Ali'i Beach Park(Haleiwa),
the kids will score good waves...
