Surf's getting bigger !!!

Aloha everyone!!

Surf is getting bigger and it should last pretty solid for the weekend into the new week
with few good sizes swells back to back.
It started today on the 4 to 6 feet range with two swells: West, Northwest and North coming in together,
not so good wind conditions.
By noon, the tradewinds seemed strong, but with better direction and
the waves were consistently with 8 feet sets and picking up.
Afternoon the sky became overcast, ready to rain and the wind dropped.
Buoys were showing some 7 feet, 17 & 20 seconds, which should be a pretty clean swell.
We are expecting some 8 feet surf tomorrow and Sunday with light winds.
Don't forget the 27th Menehune Surfing Championship is happening this weekend at Ali'i Beach Park(Haleiwa).

For high surf levels (15 feet face), the average is September 29th (+/- 12 days).
