Big surf on the North Shore !!

Surf was 10 to 12 feet today on the North Shore
coming mostly out of the North direction.
Pretty sunny and strong 10 to 25 mph tradewinds.
Not many places were rideable.
The 19th Annual Xcel Pro Surf Contest
at Sunset Beach got under way with their second day of event out of three.
The condition was pretty good for the tough competition.
Hawaiians well known surfers as Myles Padaca(last year's Triple Crown of Surfing winner), Kalani Robb, Johnny Boy Gomes, Pancho Sullivan,
Nathan Carroll, David Cantrell, Larry Rios, Ross Willian between many, hit the water today.
We are sure missing for this event all the Pipeline injured guys
on October 27th, when Liam McNamara broke his femur, Sean Moody his arm
and Mark Rilley hurt badly his foot.

They broke the river today after months and the water was so black and stinking.

I don't know how to say this, but
as far as I understood,
THIS IS NOT FAIR...
 I CAN'T BELIEVE PAT CALDWELL IS NO LONGER WITH HIS SURFING REPORTS.
WE NEED HIM.
If, they are blaming him for all the foolish people that don't know how to
"take appropriate protective actions" when they go to the beach with large surf,
this is not fair.
He is definitely a "big time"need to our community and
now without his forecasting, things probably will get worst.
Surfers will died by the thousands.
LET'S DO SOMETHING PEOPLE,
email whoever, do whatever or anything,
NOW.
He must be back.
