Pancho Sullivan wins for the third time in six years
the 20th Annual Xcel Pro Contest at Sunset Beach finished today with, again
solid 6 feet surf, with occasionally bigger sets, good conditions, very strong tradewinds and sunny skies.
Second place was last year's winner Fred Pattachia.
Top 6 results of the $25,000.00 ASP World Qualifying Series two star event
1st)Pancho Sullivan, $5000
2nd)Fred Pattachia, $2500
3rd)Nick Muscroft, $2000
4th)Nathan Carroll, $1500
equal/5th)Gavin Beschen,Myles Padaca, $1200

Surf should drop tomorrow to 2 to 4 feet range and
the next Northwest swell should hit the hawaiian shores this weekend.
Is anyone surfed out yet??

For high surf levels (15 feet face), the average is September 29th (+/- 12 days).
