Surf's up !!!

Hello everyone.
Surf's started small this morning but,
as the day progressed the waves got bigger.
North, Northwest swell, 4 to 6 feet on the North Shore for this overcrowded Sunday,
strong tradewinds and pretty sunny skies.
This swell should drop to tomorrow and
another tradewinds swell is expected for Tuesday into Wednesday.
The east side should have some big and choppy waves
due to the consistent strong winds expected for the next few days.
Don't forget:
lots of action on the North Shore from now on with
the 21st Annual Triple Crown of Surfing starting November 12th
with the VANS Hawaiian Pro and Roxy Pro at Haleiwa Ali'i Beach Park.

"The climatological average based on 1968-2002
for the first double overhead swell on North Shores for the new season is September 17th (+/- 9 days).
For high surf levels (15 feet face), the average is September 29th (+/- 12 days).
The first Waimea day (25+ face) averages to November 11th (+/- 28 days)(Pat Caldwell)."
