Second day of the Vans Hawaiian Pro at Haleiwa
with improving surfing conditions.

Surfing was 2 to 3 feet today on the North Shore with
much clear conditions comparing with the past few days.
The second day of the Vans Hawaiian Pro was underway
with the rest of the round one and half of the round two of the men division and the
trials, first and second rounds of the Roxy Pro (women division).
The highlights of the day were:
formed Triple Crown champion Sunny Garcia with the highest score of the day 9.5 and
the battle for the world title between the
ranking leader Sofia Mulanovich (Peru) and world #2 Rochelle Ballard (Hawaii).
With the waiting period finishing in one week, there is much more coming these next few days.
There are two days and a half of competition to go and a new swell on Hawaii's way for the weekend.
