Large surf again today !!

Surf was big again today coming mostly from West, Northwest, 8 to 10 feet,
dropping in the afternoon.
Light tradewinds in the morning and not very sunny.
This swell should drop to tomorrow and another one is expected for Saturday.
Another extra large swell is expected for the beginning of next week.
The $100,000 Vans Hawaiian Pro at Haleiwa finished today
with some awesome 6 to 8 feet surf and good conditions in Haleiwa.
Hawaiian Sunny Garcia took the event $10,000 and
an early lead on the overall Vans Triple Crown of Surfing series ratings.
Second place was Tom Whitaker (Australia), followed by
Jake Paterson (Australia) in third
and defending Vans Hawaiian Pro champion Andy Irons (Hawaii) in forth.
Tomorrow will be the
women's Roxy Pro final and the final of the Davidoff Cool Water Xpression Session.

we convinced Hawaii's government to issue the permit for the Pipeline bodyboarding contests.
GOB(Global Organization of Bodyboarders) World Super Tour will have  one day of contest and
GOB World Qualifying Series will have another day in the waiting period of the Bodysurfing Classic
between January 30 to February 7, 2003.
The World Championship of Women Bodyboarding will happen in March.
There will be two days contest between March 13 through 28, 2003.
WE HAVE SAVED THE SPORT !!!
Pipemasters of the sport:
Alistair Taylor and Mike Stewart
will be back to rip the best bodyboarding wave in the world

 also, Karla Costa: 2 times world champion
and the real Blue Crush girls will be competing at Pipeline this year.
