High Surf Advisory for all the Hawaiian Islands !!

Surf was smaller today, 6 to 8 feet, occasionally 10 feet in certain spots.
It was pretty glassy in the morning and
messy for while in the middle of the day but, it glassed off again late afternoon.
The  Rip Curl Cup at Sunset Beach, second jewel of the
Vans Triple Crown of Surfing on the North Shore,
got underway with the trials and the final was all hawaiians with
Pancho Sullivan in first and Bruce Irons in second getting spots for the main event.

Surf should be just about huge tomorrow.
The High Surf Advisory has been posted for all the hawaiian islands and
buoy # 51001 is showing 9 feet, 25 seconds.
It is expected to be the biggest swell yet for this season: 20 to 25 feet waves.
