Top pros against strong winds on the 3rd day of the O'Neill World Cup.

6 to 8 feet waves with really strong tradewinds was the biggest challenge for
the top 32 seedings of the world tour out at Sunset today.
Heat number nine saw the large crowd at the beach cheering loud with
6 times world champion Kelly Slater, Sunset local Pancho Sullivan,
former event champion Myles Padaca (Hawaii) and Brazil's champion Yuri Sodre'.
This heat could have being a final in itself.
Other heat winners today included Sunny Garcia (Hawaii), C.J Hobgood (Florida), Kalani Robb (Hawaii), Paulo Moura (Brazil), Pablo Gutierrez (Spain), Ben Bourgeois (North Carolina),  and Fabio Gouveia (Brazil).
