Small waves and strong tradewinds for the final day of the O'Neill World Cup of Surfing.
.

2 to 3 feet waves with really strong tradewinds was the scenery for the finals at Sunset beach today.
Three times world champion Andy Irons (Kauai) won the O'Neill World Cup of Surfing
taking $15,000 check and 2750 points for the World Qualifying ratings.
Second place was surfing legend Mark Occhilupo (Australia) followed by
Fred Patacchia (Hawaii) and Joel Parkinson (Australia).
Next and final step: the Rip Curl Pro Pipeline Masters,
the final ASP's W.C.T. event of the year holding period begins
Wednesday, December 8, and runs through the 20th.
