New swell and awesome waves !!
Surf was as good as it gets today
on the North Shore.
Northwest 6 to 8 feet occasionally
10 feet with good conditions.
Bad weather and rain didn't stop
an awesome day of surfing to start the
third leg and final stop
of the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing:
the Xbox Gerry Lopez Pipeline Masters.
The 32 trialists hit the water
to compete for two wild cards for the main event and the winners are:
1) Rob Machado/USA (2002 Pipemaster)
2)Brian Pacheco/Hawaii

.
forth place from Indonesia
Rizal Tandjung
fifth places from Tahiti
Manoa Drollet
and Noah Johnson/Hawaii
seventh places from Japan
Takayuki Wakita
and Didier Piter from France.
There is 50/50 chances the first
day of the main event to go tomorrow,
swell permitting or, it will happen
by Saturday through Sunday
when a high surf advisory new swell
is arriving in the islands.
It is too much action !!!
Don't miss it, come back
everyday and have it all !!!
