SUPER TOW SUNDAY !!

North Shore own town-in master Garret McNamara and
Big Island new comer Kealii Mamala won today the
second Phelony North Shore tow-in surfing Championship
in Puena Point, Haleiwa harbor in the biggest swell of the year with 18 to 20 hawaiian scale feet surf.
And, Eddie didn't even go...
The event was dedicated to Mark Foo because today would be his birthday.

Second Place was Maui veteran Tori Soledad and brazilian-Maui resident for 12 years John Gangini.

Brazilian teams Sylvio Mancusi and Pato Teixeira were 3rd and
Joao Jabour and Edson Depaula 4th with the best score on the 1st round and
of the highest in the all event.

The waves were giant and these guys showed some tow-in surfing skills all right.

Tomorrow surf should still pretty big around 12 to 15 feet and the Moster Energy Pro at Pipeline should be a go.
