Pipeline Masters is on and going off...
Brazilian Bruno Santos definitily come from Itacoatiara, Brazil and
showed knowhow big, hollow barrel riding, advancing with excelent performance to the main event.
Beautiful, 8 to 10+ surf (always Hawaii scale feet),
West, Northwest swell direction and perfect tradewinds weather conditions
for the first day of the : Rip Curl Pipeline Masters.
The four surfers to advanced for the main event of the WCT were:
Hawaiians Dustin Barca, Makua Rothman and Kalani Chapman
plus Brazilian Bruno Santos.
These guys have shown some serious big waves tube riding out there today.

Maybe these guys didn't make today, but
they have been real Pipemasters for years.

Jon Jon Florence showed bravery out there today and with the support of his family
